Principal
Arsalan Schaigan is the sole principal of Nitra Builders, supported by a a team of six full-time staffers and a large array of sub-contractors.
Arsalan joined Nitra after gaining valuable experience with a prominent general contractor operating across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. His extensive industry knowledge, network, and strong relationships with construction partners enable Nitra to source top-tier consultants and subcontractors across multiple jurisdictions.
Following the retirement of his father, Mehrad Schaigan, Arsalan assumed leadership of Nitra. His expertise in partnerships and project management brings a modern and strategic perspective to Nitra’s legacy operations.
